Allowing clients who live outside your service to see limited scheduling options is easy in Gazelle.


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling Policies > Company Policies

Step 2: Enable your "Outside Service Area" rule.

Step 3: Save.

PRO TIP: You can use your "Outside Service Area" rule to permit clients on the edge of your service area to self-schedule appointments and make it easier to manage pockets of clients who you only service when you are in the area.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
