Changing the status of an invoice is easy!

NOTE: Invoice statuses automatically change if you add a payment, if the invoice becomes overdue, or you cancel, archive, or delete the invoice. But you can also manually change the status of an invoice by following the steps below.


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Click to open an invoice
Step 2: Click the "Change Status" button at the top of the page.
Step 3: Manually change the status of the invoice.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap to open an invoice
Step 2: Tap the 'More' action button at the top of the page
Step 3: Tap 'Change Status' to manually change the status of the invoice.
Step 4: Save
