Sending a customer a custom message from Gazelle is easy so long as their contact preference is set to receive the type of message you are wanting to send!
NOTE: If a customer's contact preference for emails, text messages, or phone calls is disabled, then you will not be able to send them that type of message from the app. You will need to change this setting before sending certain types of messages.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1; Go to a customer record.
Step 2: Click 'Send a Message'
Step 3: Customize your message.
Step 4: Send & Done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1; Tap on a customer record.
Step 2: Tap 'Contact' at the top of the page.
Step 3: Tap 'Schedule a message or call'
Step 4: Customize your message.
Step 5: Send/Save & Done!
