Editing / deleting a scheduled custom messages for specific customers is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to the customer record > upcoming messages > custom messages.
Step 2: Locate the scheduled message.
Step 3: Click on the delete icon.
Step 4: Done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Go to a customer record
Step 2: Tap 'Show More'
Step 3: Tap on "Scheduled Messages" to see a list for this customer.
Step 4: Tap on a message to edit (Tap & hold to delete)
Step 5: Edit & save your changes.
Step 6: Done!
