Editing / deleting a scheduled messages for specific customers is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to the customer record.

Step 2: Locate the scheduled messages at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Create a new message, or delete an existing message.

Step 4: Done!

Note: At this time you can only create / cancel scheduled messages from the web app. To edit a scheduled message use the mobile app.




FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Go to a customer record
Step 2: Tap 'Show More'

Step 3: Tap on "Scheduled Messages" to see a list for this customer.

Step 4: Tap on a message to edit (Tap & hold to delete)

Step 5: Edit & save your changes.

Step 6: Done!
