Matching online reservations to existing customers (including creating new customer records or resolving conflicts with an existing customer's data) is easy! Gazelle helps you do this in two ways:

Gazelle matches customers using private scheduling links from 'Book Now' buttons inserted using a merge code into a customers text/email messages. This scheduling link preloads all their customer & piano data into the self-scheduler. Gazelle then matches the reservation to the correct customer & piano (and notifies you of any unresolved data conflicts or changes made by the customer) as you approve the reservation.

When a customer schedules using your company's 'Public Scheduling Link' Gazelle isn't always sure if this is a new customer or an existing customer; so we do our best to create a soft match and then rely on you to do the rest.

In the example below "Jessica French" used the public scheduling link. She is the spouse of "Kevin Abshire" who is already a customer. They are married but Jessica has a different last name. In this situation we rely on you to make the final decision as to whether this reservation is for an existing customer or whether the correct course of action is to "Create a new client record" with the information in the reservation.
