You cannot directly change the date, time, or technician selected by the customer for an online reservation. However, there is a workaround:


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Click on a reservation to approve.

Step 2: Don't send a confirmation message.

Step 3: Edit the event to be a different date/time/technician.

Step 4: Save & Send an updated confirmation message.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on a reservation to approve.

Step 2: Don't send a confirmation message.

Step 3: Edit the event to be a different date/time/technician.

Step 4: Toggle the "Send a confirmation email" button on

Step 5: Save & Send an updated confirmation message.

Next go to the event on your calendar, edit the details and toggle the "Send Confirmation" button into the "on" position so a message goes out with the new event details.
