You cannot directly change the date, time, or technician selected by the customer for an online reservation. However, there is a workaround:

FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Approve a reservation but don't send the client an email.
Step 2: Edit the event to be a different date/time/technician.
Step 3: Before saving the changes toggle the "Send a confirmation email" button on
Step 4: Save & Send the client an email with the updated event details.
Step 5: Done!



FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Approve a reservation but don't send the client an email.
Step 2: Edit the event to be a different date/time/technician.
Step 3: Before saving the changes toggle the "Send a confirmation email" button on
Step 4: Save & Send the client an email with the updated event details.
Step 5: Done!

Next locate the event details on the client timeline then tap to edit this event.

Edit the event details (in this example we are changing the time for this event from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Before saving your changes toggle the 'Send a confirmation' button then save. This will send the customer an email with the updated event details.
