Adding special instructions to your self-scheduler is easy:
^^ Your saved message will appear on Step 1 of your self-scheduler.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling Policies > Company Policies
Step 2: Locate the "Special Instructions Box" and click "Change Message"
Step 3: Add / Edit your message.
Step 4: Save
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed on the web app at this time.
