Setting customer expectations for arrival windows is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders.
Step 2: Choose the Reminder you want to edit.
Step 3: Edit your Appointment Messages.
Step 4: Remove references to set start times & add your arrival window text..
Step 5: (Optional) Edit your one-off message templates
Step 6: Done.
NOTE: These appointment based reminders are automated reminders that only send when a customer has a future appointment on the calendar and is assigned to this reminder.
(Optional) Edit Your One-Off Email Appointment Messages.
These messages get sent when someone submits an online reservation, when you add an appointment to the calendar, or when the customer confirms an unconfirmed appointment. Click here to edit your one-off messages.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
