This plan is designed for growing your business from scratch (i.e. companies that have less than 50 active pianos (and folks who want to kick the tires to see if Gazelle is right for them). This plan offers full access to all of our features, including unlimited Smart Routes & Client Self-Scheduling.
This plan is completely free with no hidden charges, and no time limit.
Our Startup Plan - $75/month
This plan is for the growing business. It comes with unlimited Smart Routes & Client Self-Scheduling, but this can be disabled if the self-scheduling feature is not needed (Saving $25/month). To disable this feature, check the box at the bottom labeled 'I don't need Smart Routes'.
An extra 'Assistant' user is also included in this account. Assistant users are able to log in and help with scheduling, invoicing, etc.... The main difference is that assistant users cannot have appointments of their own. This is perfect for a part-time office assistant that helps with scheduling and business management.
Our Professional Plan - $150/month
This is our most popular plan and comes with unlimited access to all of our features for one flat rate. There are no limits on the number of clients, reminders, invoices, condition reports, etc... By default, it comes with unlimited Smart Routes & Client Self-Scheduling, but this feature can be disabled if self-scheduling is not needed (Saving $50/month). To disable this feature, check the box at the bottom labeled 'I don't need Smart Routes'.
This plan also comes with an unlimited number of assistant users, unlimited non-schedulable administrator users, and the option to add additional technicians to your team. Assistant users are able to log in and help with scheduling, invoicing, etc... The main difference is that an assistant user cannot have appointments of their own. This is perfect for an office staff who help with scheduling and business management.
Our Professional Plan (For Businesses with Multiple Technicians)
For larger companies that have more than one schedulable technician, additional technicians (or admin users) can be added to your account for an additional $40/month/schedulable user. Click here to add a user to your account.
Technician users differ from Admin and Assistant users in that they have limited access to the data and can only view clients who are assigned to them - or - who are 'unassigned' to another technician. Technician users *cannot* export the database and can only adjust the settings that affect their user.
