Setting up recurring reminder calls in Gazelle is easy!

Reminder call prompts only appear in your call center when a scheduled reminder call prompt is due. Call prompts will be removed from your call center as soon as you indicate the call has been completed and can be configured to reappear at a later date if the customer does not respond within a specified amount of time.
