Sending customers one of your saved messages from inside the call center is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'.

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call.

Step 3: Click the 'Send A Message' drop down.

Step 4: Select one of your saved message templates.

Step 5: Click 'Ok' to confirm.

Step 6: Done!




FROM THE MOBILE APP

This feature is only available by logging into the Web App at this time.
