Adding a comment to the customer's timeline from inside the call center is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call.

Step 3: On the 'Timeline"' click 'Add A Comment'

Step 4: Done!




FROM THE MOBILE APP

This feature is only available by logging into the Web App at this time.
