Pausing a customer's reminders from inside the call center is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call.

Step 3: Click 'Pause All Contact'

Step 4: Done!
