Sending a custom messages to a specific customer is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to a customer record > contact > send a custom message.

Step 2: Select a template or 'new email / text / phone call.

Step 3: Done!

Note: You can also send a custom message when completing an event.

Step 1: Go to a customer record
Step 2: Tap "Contact"

Step 3: Tap "Send a custom message".

Step 4: Done!
