Relaxing your address validation rules to make it easier for customers to self-schedule is easy.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Company Policies > Address Validation

Step 2: Click 'Change Policy'.

Step 3: Select "Relax Address Validation"

Step 4: Save & Done!

NOTE: Relaxing this setting will allow someone to self-schedule with an incomplete address. Read this article to help avoid invalid addresses.

This setting can only be changes by logging into the web app at this time.
