Changing the customer type is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to the 'Clients' Menu
Step 2: Click on a customer.
Step 3: Under 'Additional Info' tap 'Client Type'.
Step 4: Change / Select a new client type.
Step 5: Save.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap Menu > Clients > Tap on a Customer Record
Step 2: Scroll down to 'Client Information' and tap "Client Type"
Step 3: Edit, Save, Done.
