Merging two piano records together is easy in Gazelle.
Step 1: Locate the piano record Gazelle ID in the footer of the page.
Step 2: Copy the Gazelle Piano ID for the 'sending' customer record.
Step 3: Copy the Gazelle Piano ID for the 'receiving' customer record.
Step 4: Email these piano IDs to support@gazelleapp.io with clear instructions for which ID is the 'sending' piano ID (and which is the 'receiving' piano ID).
Step 5: Our team will merge the data from the 'sending' piano ID with the 'receiving' piano ID'
Step 6: Done.
NOTE: The Sending record will be "deleted" and the information merged into the Receiving record, which will be the final record.
