Why Is My Stripe Account Pending?

My stripe account is still pending and will not progress...

For legal and regulatory purposes Stripe has to verify your business before allowing you to accept payments. The first time you connect your Stripe account to Gazelle this process can take 5-10 minutes. As soon as Stripe verifies your account Gazelle will notify you in your settings: Gazelle Settings > Payment Processing.

If your account does not immediately verify after supplying Stripe with all of your legal documents read this article to identify and resolve a common issue.

Expedite Your Stripe Validation

Step 1: Log into your Stripe account.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Validation

Step 3: Provide the necessary information / documentation.

Step 4: Log into Gazelle, go to Settings > Payment Processing

Step 5: Refresh the page.
Step 6: Gazelle will give you a confirmation once your Stripe account has been verified.
