For legal and regulatory purposes Stripe has to verify your business before allowing you to accept payments. The first time you connect your Stripe account to Gazelle this process can take 5-10 minutes. As soon as Stripe verifies your account Gazelle will notify you at Gazelle Settings > Payment Processing.

If Stripe is reporting that your account is verified and you don't see this info reflected in Gazelle email support@GazelleApp.io.


Expedite Your Stripe Validation

Step 1: Log into your Stripe account.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Validation

Step 3: Provide the necessary information / documentation.

Step 4: Log into Gazelle, go to Settings > Payment Processing

Step 5: Refresh the page.
Step 6: Gazelle will give you a confirmation once your Stripe account has been verified.
