Resolving Stripe payment processing errors is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to Gazelle Settings > Payment Processing

Step 2: Identify the error message being displayed.

Step 3: Click 'Manage Stripe Account'

Step 4: Correct any issues within your Stripe account.

Step 5: Return to Gazelle and refresh the page to resolve the error message.

Step 6: Done!


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: In your Gazelle App tap Menu > Settings > Payment Processing

Step 2: Identify the error message being displayed.

Step 3: Tap 'Manage Stripe Account'

Step 4: Correct any issues within your Stripe account.

Step 5: Return to Gazelle and refresh the page to resolve the error message.

Step 6: Done!
