Managing a 'Waitlist' during your busy season is easy using the call center.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Message Templates > New
Step 2: Create a new phone call template and name it 'Waitlist'.
Step 3: Go to any client file > custom messages > phone call
Step 4: Add your new 'Waitlist' phone call prompt to this client.
Step 5: Go to your call center > scheduled calls to manage everyone on your waitlist.
Step 6: Done.
Go to Web App > Call Center > Scheduled Calls to manage your waitlist.
Pro Tip: During your busy season add a self-scheduleable 0 minute item to your Master Service List called 'Please add me to your waitlist for last minute openings' so clients can ask to be added to your waitlist when they self-schedule their appointment online.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on a client record.
Step 2: Tap the 'Contact' action button.
Step 3: Select 'Schedule a message or call'
Step 4: Tap 'Phone' & select your 'Waitlist' message template.
Step 5: (From Web App) Go to your call center > scheduled calls to manage everyone on your waitlist. We are still working on getting the call center in the mobile app.
Step 6: Done.
NOTE: Assigning a preexisting template as a custom message is possible from the mobile app. However, creating a new custom message template must be done from the web app.
