How do I manage multiple service areas for myself or my technicians?

Managing multiple service areas for either yourself (or your individual technicians) is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select the user > Service Areas.

Step 2: Click 'New Service Area'

Step 3: (Optional) Add new boundaries to an existing service area.

Step 4: Save & Done.

NOTE: Service areas do NOT have to be contiguous on a map. They can be disjointed, layered, nested, partially overlapping, excluded or included as set by the boundaries. Each technician gets their own service area(s) and can have as many (or as few) as they need to cover the area they service.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
