Defining a 'Travel mode' for your service area is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Create a new service are or select an existing one to edit.
Step 2: Change the 'Travel Mode' to either: Driving, Bicycle, Walking, or Transit.
Step 3: Save & Done.
NOTE: If you live in a metro area with mass transit, the 'Transit' option must be enabled by our team before it can be applied. Notify support@gazelleapp.io if you need this option for your location. Once enabled it will estimate travel time between appointments by combining walking, and/or public bus and train schedules.
For public transit: consider defining a walkable boundary along the transit routes as your service area.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
