Adding (or editing) an extended service area for events scheduled inside a specific service area.

Adding an 'Extended service area' to the edge of a service area boundary is easy and recommended!

FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.

Step 2: When editing a service area select 'Extended service area' and add a desired time in minutes you are ok traveling outside this service area if you are already scheduled near by.

Step 3: Save & Done.



FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
