Changing how Gazelle favors routes inside each service area is easy!
NOTE: Gazelle can either favor 'Proximity Routing' or searching for 'Any availability along an existing route'. Both have advantages and drawbacks. One will only schedule appointments in a close proximity to each other, while the other will allow booking if you happen to be driving by a client's house on the way to a far corner of your service area.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Areas > Select a service area or create a new one.
Step 2: When editing a service area select 'Routing preference' and designate either 'Proximity' or 'Along an existing route'.
Step 3: Save & Done.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
