Assigning an availability to a service area for each of your technicians is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.
Step 2: Create a new availability or edit an existing one.
Step 3: Change the selection under 'Which service area should this apply to?'
Step 4: Save & Done.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
