How do I designate a starting / ending date for a an availability?

Changing the starting / ending date for one of your availabilities.

Designating a starting / ending date for an availability for each of your technicians is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Availability'.

Step 2: Create a new availability or edit an existing one.

Step 3: Under 'When should this availability be active?' change the starting or ending date.

Step 4: Save & done.

NOTE: Most availability rule sets will be open ended without an end date. However, if you have a different 'Summer' schedule compared to the rest of the year, or during your busy season you increase your availability, you might want to consider adding a special availability setting for this specific date range.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
