Changing the behavior of your 'Reservation complete' page shown to clients who have just self-scheduled an appointment.

Changing your 'Reservation complete' behavior of your self-scheduler is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.

Step 2: Select 'Reservation complete behavior' and make a selection.

Step 3: (Optional) Redirect the completion page to your website automatically to track website conversions.

Step 4: Done.

NOTE: If you redirect the client to your website they will bypass Gazelle's default reservation completion page where we confirm their reservation details on the screen. On your website page that they are redirected too be sure to tell them they will receive an email with their reservation details, date, time, etc. of their appointment since they did not get this on the default reservation completion page.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
