How do I change my ‘Reservation complete behavior?

Changing the behavior of your 'Reservation complete' page shown to clients who have just self-scheduled an appointment.

Changing your 'Reservation complete' behavior of your self-scheduler is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.

Step 2: Under 'Behavior' select 'Completion redirect' and input a redirect URL.

Step 3: (Optional) To automatically to track website conversions using pixels redirect Gazelle to a page on your website where you are tracking analytics.

Step 4: Done.


NOTE: If you redirect the client to your website they will bypass Gazelle's default reservation completion page (shown below) where we confirm their reservation details on the screen. This screen is redundant as the client will also receive an email with the same information. If you redirect using this feature your clients will not see this self-scheduling page (Step 6: Finished), so be sure to inform them on your custom redirect page that they will receive an email with their reservation details, date, time, etc.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
