How do I add / edit my ‘Outside Service Area message’ to my self-scheduler?

Adding (or editing) your company's 'No availability' message when Gazelle can't find any appointment slots that fit their search criteria.

Editing your 'No availability' message on your self-scheduler is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.

Step 2: Select 'Outside Service Area message' to customize your message.

Step 3: Save & done!


NOTE: This message will be displayed any time the client selects a search criteria that results in no appointment slots being found.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.

Step 2: Select 'Outside Service Area message' to customize your message.

Step 3: Save & done!
