Adding an 'Outside service area' message for clients who live outside your technician's service area(s) is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Self-scheduler.
Step 2: Select 'Outside service area message' and customize your company's message.
Step 3: Save & done!
NOTE: This message will be shown to any client who enters an address that is outside your technician(s) service area(s) and/or outside your technicians 'Extended service area' rules.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
