Changing your routing preferences in Gazelle is easy!
NOTE: Gazelle always tries to fill holes in your schedule with both routing preferences. But changing your routing preference from 'Along my route' to 'Proximity' shifts how we offer potential openings to customers in specific locations to favor different types of scheduling preferences within the user's service area.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a user > Select a Service Area
Step 2: In the Service Area configuration click 'Settings'
Step 3: Click 'Routing Preferences'
Step 4: Select the 'Proximity' or 'Along my route' option.
Step 5: Save
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting is only available in the web app at this time.
