Changing your default preference to 'always enable texting for new customers' is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Your Company Profile > Edit.
Step 2: Select 'Select Want's Text' to yes when creating a new contact'.
Step 3: Save & Done!
NOTE: This change only applies to future contacts and will not affect existing customer records.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed in the web app at this time.
