Adding / editing the notes in the customer preference field is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to the 'Client' menu
Step 2: Click on a customer to edit.
Step 3: Click the 'Edit' icon next to the notes you want to edit.
Step 4: Click the 'Save' button.
Step 5: Done.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on Menu > Clients > Select a specific customer record.
Step 2: Tap on the 'More' action button at the top of the page.
Step 3: Tap 'Add Preference Notes'
Step 4: Save & Done.
