Changing a customers status from 'Prospect / New / Active / Inactive' is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to the 'Clients' menu

Step 2: Select a customer to edit.

Step 3: Click the 'Change' button next to the status.

Step 4: Select a different customer status.

Step 5: Done.

NOTE: Gazelle automatically changes your customer status from 'Prospect, to New, to Active' using triggers on the customer file and the timing of when they schedule & complete their first appointment. However, only you can inactivate a customer record.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap Menu > Clients > Select a customer to edit.

Step 2: Tap the 'More' action button.

Step 3: Tap 'Status' to edit.

Step 4: Done.
