Adding (or editing) comments on the customer timeline is easy. You can add when completing appointments or directly on the customer file (which is what we will cover below).


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to the 'Client' menu

Step 2: Click on a customer record.

Step 3: Click the 'Add A Comment' at the top of the timeline.

Step 4: Click on 'Edit' next to an existing comment to edit it.

Step 5: Done!


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on Menu > Clients > Select a specific customer record.

Step 2: Tap on the 'More' action button at the top of the page.

Step 3:Tap 'Add Timeline Comment'

Step 4: To edit an existing comment, tap on it from the timeline.

Step 5: Done.

Tap on a comment to edit, Tap & hold on a comment to delete.
