Adding (or editing) comments on the customer timeline is easy.
NOTE: You can add timeline comments directly from the timeline (shown below) or when completing appointments.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to the 'Client' menu
Step 2: Click on a customer record.
Step 3: Click the 'Add A Comment' at the top of the timeline.
Step 4: Click on 'Edit' next to an existing comment to edit it.
Step 5: Done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on Menu > Clients > Select a specific customer record.
Step 2: Tap on the 'More' action button at the top of the page.
Step 3:Tap 'Add Timeline Comment'
Step 4: To edit an existing comment, tap on it from the timeline.
Step 5: Done.
