How Do I Add Custom Services To An Event?

Adding misc (or custom) services as you book an appointment.

Adding custom services to an event is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Start the scheduling workflow

Step 2: Click 'Change' next to the piano you want to add services too.

Step 3: Type the name of the service you want to add.

Step 4: (Optional) Select 'Add Misc Service:'

Step 5: Done!

Time Saving Tip: When you type the name of a service into the search bar Gazelle displays any 'Master Service List' items that match at the top of the list. At the bottom of this list is where you can choose to 'Add Misc Services"'


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Start the scheduling workflow.

Step 2: Tap on the piano you want to add services too.

Step 3: Tap 'Add Services'

Step 4: Tap 'Custom Service'

Step 5: Edit the name, duration, and amount for this item.

Step 6: Tap 'OK'

Step 7: Done!
