Merging two clients is easy using the merge feature, but if you have tons of duplicates, it is faster to export your customer list and manage all the client ID's in a spreadsheet. We can easily process and merge hundreds (or thousands) of duplicate records when they are formatted this way.
Step 1: Export your client data. (Find the "Export Clients" button at the top of the page).
Step 2: Look at the data in 'Column A' to find each customer's "Gazelle Client ID",
Step 3: Add a blank 'Column B' to the spreadsheet.
Step 4: Identify duplicate records then copy/paste the Receiving Client ID into Column B.
Step 5: Save the spreadsheet with column A being your 'Sending Client ID' and column B being your 'Receiving Client ID'.
