Displaying a technician's availability on their calendar is easy!
NOTE: To edit your availability or change your scheduling rules click here.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Calendars
Step 2: Click the settings 'gear' icon in the top right hand corner.
Step 3: Select 'Show availability on calendar background'.
Step 4: Done!
Time Saving Tip: The technician's availability will display according to their scheduling rules as a shaded background on their calendar. The availability for each technician only shows when you are viewing a single user's calendar. It will not display if you have multiple users selected.

FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on Menu > Calendar
Step 2: Tap on the settings 'gear' icon in the top right hand corner of the header.
