Changing the way event titles and appointment details display on your calendar is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Calendars.
Step 2: Click on the settings 'gear' icon.
Step 3: Change the 'Event Title Display' setting default.
Step 4: Done!
Time Saving Tip: Gazelle falls back to 'event title' if an event is missing the necessary information (I.E. - You want to display the 'city name' but the 'city' info is missing in the address on the customer record.
NOTE: This event title display is a user level settings. Other users on your account can set their own preferences for how their calendar displays while they are logged in.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Go to Menu > Calendar
Step 2: Tap on the settings 'gear' icon at the top right hand corner of the header.
Step 3: Tap 'Calendar Settings'
Step 4: Tap to edit the 'Event Title Display' at the top of the screen.
Step 5: Done1
