Sending appointment details to your customers is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
โStep 1: Create (or edit) an event.
Step 2: Check the 'Send a confirmation email' box.
Step 3: Save the event.
Step 4: Done!
Time Saving Tip: Checking this box will send the "Appointment Added to Calendar" one-off email. To edit your "one-off email" templates go to Settings > One-Off Emails > Appointment Added to Calendar Template.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Create or edit an event.
Step 2: Tap the 'Send a confirmation email' toggle.
Step 3: Save the event.
Step 4: Done!
