How Do I Show/Hide Non-Schedulable User's Calendars?

Showing / hiding a non-schedulable user's calendar from your calendar display.

Hiding non-schedulable user's calendars is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Go to Calendars.

Step 2: Click on the settings 'gear' icon.

Step 3: Select 'Show non-schedulable users'.

Step 4: Click 'OK'

Step 5: Done!

Time Saving Tip: Only 'Administrator' and 'Office Assistant' users can see other user's calendars. By default Gazelle hides non-schedulable users, but you can change this setting by clicking on the calendar gear icon and choosing to display all users.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on Menu > Calendar.

Step 2: Tap on the settings 'gear' icon in the top right hand corner.

Step 3: Choose 'Calendar Settings' from the list.

Step 4: Toggle 'Show non-schedulable users'

Step 5: Tap 'OK'

Step 6: Done!
