Creating new automated reminders for your customers.

Creating a series of automated reminders (email, text, or phone call prompts) is easy!

​NOTE: You can have multiple reminders with groups of clients (i.e. residential, institutions, and customers who don't want a lot of reminders, etc...) assigned to a reminder that sends the right message, to the right customer, at the right time.
​


FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders.

Step 2: Click 'Add'.

Step 3: Customize the messages for each Reminder state.

Step 4: Assign customers to your Reminder.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be edited on the Web App at this time.
