Managing calendar integrations for specific users is easy when you are logged in as that user.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Log into your user account.
Step 2: Click on an integrated event.
Step 3: Click 'Edit Integration Settings'
Step 4: Done!
Time Saving Tip: Calendar integrations require login & password credentials to access Google Accounts and other 3rd party calendar providers. Gazelle Admin users can see external events on a specific user's calendar (and they can disable calendar sharing for each of their users), but they cannot create or edit existing integrations.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Log in as the user with the integration.
Step 2: Tap on an integrated event.
Step 3: Tap 'Edit Integration Settings'.
Step 4: Done!
