Populating your call center with automated reminder call prompts is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Configure your reminders with automated phone call prompts.
Step 2: Assign customers to your automated reminder that has the call prompts enabled.
Step 3: Call prompts will appear in your call center as they are due.
Step 4: Click on a call prompt to 'complete it' (which removes it from your call center).
Step 5: Done!
