How Do I Edit An Appointment From The Call Center?

Editing an appointment from inside the call center is easy!


FROM THE WEB APP


​Step 1: Go to your 'Call Center > Reminder Calls'.

Step 2: Click on a customer who needs a reminder call about their appointment.

Step 3: Click 'Edit Appointment' at the bottom of the screen. (This will open a new tab inside your browser)

Step 4: Edit & Save your changes.

Step 5: Go back to your 'Call Center' browser tab and refresh the page.

Step 6: Done!


FROM THE MOBILE APP

This feature is only available by logging into the Web App at this time.
