Sharing your Gazelle Calendar with an iOS / .ICS device is easy!

FROM THE WEB APP or MOBILE APP

Step 1: Enable Sharing on your Gazelle calendar.
Step 2: Copy your calendar link from your Gazelle app.

Step 3: Add a subscribed calendar on your iPhone using this link.

Step 4: Set your sync schedule on your iPhone.
Step 5: Done.

STEP 1: Enable 'Sharing' on your Gazelle calendar.

To enable sharing open your Gazelle calendar log into Gazelle > go to your calendar > and click on the "Share" icon to enable sharing.

STEP 2: Copy your .ICS link.

After you enable sharing on the calendar of your choice, copy the .ICS link.

Steps 1 and 2 from your mobile app:

If you are doing this from your mobile app 'tap and hold' on the half-circle next to the person's calendar you want to share. This will give you an option to copy the link.

Step 3: Follow these steps on your iPhone

  1. Go to the Settings app.

  2. This step is different depending on your version of iOS:

    - On iOS 14 and above: Go to Settings > Calendars > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.

    - On iOS 12-13:  Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.

    - On iOS 11 and below: Go to Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.

  3. Where it says "Server", paste in the link you copied that ends in ".ics" then tap "Next"

  4. Leave username and password blank.  Make sure "Use SSL" is enabled.

  5. Tap "Save".

DISPLAY YOUR GAZELLE CALENDAR ON YOUR iPhone

Now from your phone load up your iOS Calendar app.  Tap "Calendars" at the bottom. You should see "gazelleapp.io/calendars/...".  Make sure that is checked, and you'll see your appointments on your calendar.

Time Saving Tip: If you previously used your iOS device as your primary calendar and your iOS calendar is selected to display both your old calendar and your new "Gazelle Subscribed" calendar, it will look like you have a bunch of duplicated appointments. To fix this simply deselect your old calendar from the display and show only your Gazelle Subscribed calendar.

Step 4: Set your sync schedule on your iPhone

On iOS 14 and above:
Go to Settings > Calendars > Accounts > Fetch New Data > set your sync schedule for all your integrated calendars.

Step 5: You are now ready to pull events from your iPhone to Gazelle if you want to create a 2-way sync.

Now that you are pushing events from Gazelle to your iPhone, you can create a 2-way sync by "pulling" events from your iPhone calendar(s). Click here for more info on creating a 2-way calendar sync.
