Editing a specific technician's 'Long-term' scheduling limit is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Select a technician > Select 'Preferences'
Step 2: Select the 'Long-term scheduling limit' and make a selection.
Step 3: Save & done.

NOTE: Appointment slots beyond this setting will NOT be offered to customers who request dates too far into the future. Instead a message (which you can customize here) will be displayed instructing them to " ..please contact our office to schedule'. In general we recommend setting this long-term rule to 180-375+ days in the future so that clients who want to pre-schedule (or reschedule future events) are able to do so easily online. We also recommend crafting this message to be as inclusive / generic as possible for all the scheduling scenarios that might result in no appointment slots being found within a specific search criteria.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
