Enabling / disabling text message reminders is easy!
NOTE: Text message reminders are available on all subscription levels but you have to turn the feature on.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Company Profile > SMS Messaging
Step 2: Check the box to enable / disable.
Step 3: Save & Done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
To Disable Text Message Reminders
To disable text message reminders uncheck the box & save. However, note that you will lose the phone number associated with your business and we cannot guarantee the same number the next time you enable text message support.
