When you use Text Message Reminders in Gazelle, your company will be assigned a dedicated phone number from which all your text messages will be sent. This number is associated with your business, but it is a DNR "Do-Not-Reply" number. Meaning, if a client replies a text message from your Gazelle account, that message will be delivered to an unmonitored inbox that has an auto-responder. You can edit the Auto-Responder Message your clients will receive.
You can edit your "Do Not Reply Auto-Responder Message" by going to Settings > Your Company Profile
Suggested Text: We recommend something short and sweet like, "This is an unmonitored, automated system. Please text us at XXX-XXX-XXXX if you need a reply."
