The LifeCycle dashboard is the section of the client file that tells you everything that is going to happen according to the rules of the lifecycle reminders this client is assigned to.
How to find it...
The LifeCycle dashboard is located on the client file in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
How to change the LifeCycle assigned to this client
Each client can only be assigned to a single LifeCycle at a time but you can have multiple LifeCycles (each with different rules) set up for you to choose from. To change the client from one LifeCycle to another simply hit the "Change" button in the upper right hand corner of the LifeCylce Dashboard.
Client Related Reminders
This section will show any reminders scheduled to go out for "Client" related reasons. Common reminders are "Prospect Clients" and "New Client" reminders. If a reminder is scheduled it will appear here. Notice the "LifeCycle State: Active Client" - this is telling you that this client is an "Active" and following the rules you have set up for reminders to be sent to clients because the are listed as "Active".
Note: Common misconceptions about the "Active Client" state is that all "Active" clients get piano tuning reminders, this is not true. Only "Active" clients who have "Active Pianos that are currently due for tuning" will get piano tuning reminders. All piano related reminders are handled in the next segment.
Piano Related Reminders
This section will show any reminders scheduled to go out for "Piano" related reasons. Common reminders are "Coming Due for Tuning" - "Due for Tuning" and "Overdue for Tuning" reminders. If a reminder is scheduled it will appear here.
Notice the "LifeCycle State: Tuning Scheduled" - this is telling you that the 1972 Baldwin on this client's record is currently "Scheduled" for a tuning at some date in the future and as a result is in the "Tuning Scheduled" state. It will follow the rules for this state until the piano moves into a new state.
Appointment Related Reminders
This section will show any reminders scheduled to go out for "Appointment" related reasons. Common reminders are "Please Confirm your Appointment" and "Your appointment is approaching" types of reminders.
Notice the "LifeCycle State: Future Appointment" - this is telling you that this appointment is currently scheduled in the future a for May 1, 2017 and that the next reminder is scheduled to go out on Apr 2, 2017 to ask the client to please confirm their appointment.
Note: This article was written in December of 2016, so at this time this appointment was 5 months in the future.
