The LifeCycle dashboard is the section of the client file that tells you everything that is going to happen according to the rules of the lifecycle reminders this client is assigned to.

How to find it...

The LifeCycle dashboard is located on the client file in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

How to change the LifeCycle assigned to this client

Each client can only be assigned to a single LifeCycle at a time but you can have multiple LifeCycles (each with different rules) set up for you to choose from. To change the client from one LifeCycle to another simply hit the "Change" button in the upper right hand corner of the LifeCylce Dashboard.

Client Related Reminders

This section will show any reminders scheduled to go out for "Client" related reasons. Common reminders are "Prospect Clients" and "New Client" reminders. If a reminder is scheduled it will appear here. Only "Active" clients who have "Active Pianos that are currently due for tuning" will get piano tuning reminders. All piano related reminders are handled in the next segment.

Notice the "LifeCycle State: Tuning Scheduled" - this is telling you that the 1972 Baldwin on this client's record is currently "Scheduled" for a tuning at some date in the future and as a result is in the "Tuning Scheduled" state. It will follow the rules for this state until the piano moves into a new state.
